Paula Abdul and James Corden Do Live Action 'Opposites Attract' Video
Two steps forward, two steps back, James Corden and Paula Abdul go together because opposites attract! On Tuesday night’s The Late Late Show With James Corden, the host joined Paula Abdul — currently a judge on So You Think You Can Dance — for a live action version of her music video for “Opposites Attract.” Corden played MC Skat Kat and Paula looked just as great as she did in the 1988 video, which is below in its full glory because, of course, you want to watch it again.
The Late Late Show host has no problem putting himself in silly situations with celebrities for the enjoyment of his audience, whether it’s dressing like a human piñata or wearing a wedding dress with Iggy Azalea. As for his performance as Mr. Skat Kat, Corden did a pretty good job, but no one will ever top the original.
