Paul Wight lived más in his heyday.

talkSPORT recently spoke with Paul Wight to promote All Elite Wrestling’s upcoming All In event in London. During the conversation, Wight was asked how much he used to eat on a normal day.

“How much was I eating? Two or three deep-fried little people,” Wight quipped. “No… [laughs] That’s always a terrible joke.

“Probably my calorie intake back in the day — understand it’s a lot of bad calories because I used to just eat whatever I wanted in massive amounts. I’d probably say somewhere around 13,000 to 18,000 calories a day,” Wight explained. “You get Big Macs, I’d get three or four Big Macs and I’d get fries and a shake, get apple pies, probably a fifth sandwich in there too. It was nothing to go to Taco Bell and get 20 tacos.”

Paul Wight said he did that with ease when he was younger, but now he realizes he needs to take better care of himself.

“You can do that when you’re younger and you’re still going to be big, but as you get older, you realize [you] can’t eat like that anymore. Now I feel like I eat like a mouse. I have about 10 ounces of protein, a small portion of carbs and a vegetable. I try to eat halfway decent.”

Wight told Sun Sport UK that he tends to indulge from time to time and went on to share his “epic” Waffle House order:
