The Vampire Diaries star was first spotted with model Natalie Kuckenburg while on vacation in Italy in November 2022.

"I think the reason we get along so well is because all we do is laugh, and I think it's probably one of the most important things in a relationship," Wesley told PEOPLE in March 2024 of his relationship with Kuckenburg.

The actor was formerly married to Ines de Ramon for three years. The pair announced their separation in September 2022 and she has since moved on with Brad Pitt.

She's Brazilian and German

Kuckenburg is of Brazilian and German descent, usually tagging her posts with the hashtags, "#germanmodel" and "#brazilianmodel." She often pays tribute to her roots on Instagram, including giving sweet glimpses of her family as she visits Berlin.
