Meadow Walker is wishing her late dad, Paul Walker, a big happy birthday. The 23-year-old model celebrated what would have been the "Fast and Furious" actor's 49th birthday, by posting a sweet throwback photo of the two hugging to her Instagram and penning a sweet caption. "Happy Birthday to my best friend and twin soul. I love you forever and miss you everyday," she wrote. Besides the adorable photo, Meadow also posted a picture of new clothing items from The Paul Walker Foundation.
