Travis Kelce is celebrating the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl victory like only Travis Kelce can.

At Wednesday’s Super Bowl victory parade in the Chiefs’ hometown in honor of their fourth championship, the 34-year-old tight end appeared inebriated when he grabbed the microphone to address the Kansas City fans.

Heavily slurring his words, Kelce told the crowd, "If you know this song, sing along!" before launching into his own version of Garth Brooks' 1990 hit "Friends in Low Places."

"Blame it all on my roots, I showed up in boots, and ruined the Niners affair," Kelce began, struggling to make it through each line as his teammates laughed and cheered him on to keep singing.

The Kelce Karaoke carried on, as the NFL star swayed back and forth, reading the lyrics off his phone.

Kelce sang the line, "Took that glass of champagne..." before pausing and looking over his shoulder at teammate Patrick Mahomes, laughing, "Pat took that glass of champagne, I promise you."

"When I...and I toasted you," Kelce continued to sing, losing his place in the verse before Mahomes took the mic and helped him finish out the song.

Parade organizers soon cut them both off and began playing the chorus when Kelce took the mic back from Mahomes and tried to continue singing. Their teammates all laughed and danced as Mahomes again took the mic from Kelce — this time for good, as he mumbled along to the song.

Kelce had a stellar season on all metrics. On top of the Chiefs’ third Super Bowl victory in five years, the football star has become a household name — thanks in part to his high-profile relationship with singer-songwriter Taylor Swift.

Since going public in September, their fairytale romance became one of the league’s main storylines, with the Chiefs famously having a winning record when Swift is in attendance. It all culminated in a nail-biting Super Bowl that went to overtime, where the Chiefs reigned over the San Francisco 49ers 25-22 in the most-watched telecast in U.S. history.

Following Sunday’s win, Kelce found Swift, 34, in the midst of the chaos to give her a celebratory kiss. “Thank you for coming, baby,” he told her in a mic’d up moment for Inside the NFL. “Thank you for making it halfway across the world.”

On the podium after their Super Bowl win, Kelce took the mic to shout to the stadium repeated chants of “Viva Las Vegas!”

“Believe it, baby, we’re gonna be here next year,” Kelce promised the crowd.

The energetic festivities continued into the night, where Kelce, Swift, brother Jason and Travis’ Chiefs teammates partied at Zouk Nightclub and XS Nightclub.

The next day, the “Cruel Summer” singer posted a TikTok zoomed into her boyfriend’s face before panning to reveal her parents Scott and Andrea chatting next to her. Swift and Travis were also filmed singing the pop star’s lyrics back to each other — fittingly, from “Love Story” and “You Belong With Me.”

With the season coming to a close, Travis plans to accompany Swift on the European leg of her sold-out Eras Tour.

“He’s ready for some downtime now and to show up for Taylor the way she has for him,” a source told PEOPLE. “The attention on them is definitely a lot, but Travis has done a great job deflecting and focusing on what’s important.”
