Pastor Joel Osteen Discusses His New Book ‘You Are Stronger Than You Think’

Joel Osteen, Pastor of Lakewood Church in Houston Texas, joins Dr. Phil on Monday’s episode to discuss his new book, You Are Stronger Than You Think, and to share advice with two women who have been affected by a cancer diagnosis. “I believe, coming from a place of faith, that God took into account every struggle we would face, and I believe He put in us everything we need to get through it, not just drag through life, but to get through it victoriously,” Pastor Osteen tells Christy, who says she is living life to the fullest after a terminal cancer diagnosis, and Maggie, who says she is struggling to live again after being cancer-free for five years. “I’ve learned when you live from a place of faith, a place of peace, a place of trust, that’s a place of power.” Here more from Pastor Osteen in the video above.
