By J'na Jefferson

Nicki Minaj recently called out PartyNextDoor on Twitter amidst rumors that he helped her write her recent track from #3PackFromParis, “Regret In Your Tears.” Fans took notice that the song had a PND flair to it, and Party favorited tweets alluding to the rumors. However, Nicki swiftly shut down talk of a ghostwriter on Mar. 11.

In a series of now-deleted tweets, the OVO musician responded to Minaj.

“I’m a fan of nicki minaj,” he wrote. “We have a song together, I hope she’s as cool & as I’ve always imagined.” The two collaborated for Major Lazer’s “Run Up.” He also added “befriend me,” before tweeting “Party over everything” with the sneezing emoji.

“Party Next Door had NOTHING to do w/ #RegretInYourTears – ni**a aint never heard that song a day in his life. Bless y’all heart,” she wrote on the social media network with laughing-crying emojis. “Not sure why he was ‘liking’ tweets. Maybe it was just ‘funny’ to him. Maybe he was…’hacked’. Lol. Either way. #DisTewMuch FOH.”
