Party on the Patio kicks off in Plains Township

PLAINS TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — It was a gorgeous night to enjoy some music outside.

Mohegan Pennsylvania in Plains Township kicked off its 15th Annual Party on the Patio Thursday night.

The season-long event showcases tribute bands for AC/DC, Van Halen, Bon Jovi, and many more.

Party on the Patio will take place every Thursday through September.

Thursday’s event offered food from local food trucks and a tribute to the Bee Gees took the stage.

“The funniest thing is that it is free for the community we do five months of free concerts for the community come out come down with your friends have fun listen to these great bands there’s no better way to spend a night,” said Mohegan Pennsylvania Director of Events Jennifer Ducharme.
