Paris, Singapore and Hong Kong tie as world's priciest cities

Paris has climbed to the top of the list of the world's priciest cities, tying Singapore and Hong Kong for first place, according to a survey released Tuesday. Caracas, the capital of strife-torn Venezuela, was ranked as the world's cheapest city. The French capital was the only eurozone city in the top 10, rising from second-most expensive last year and from seventh position two years ago.
