Keke Palmer gets dolled up for son's first Christmas: How more stars are celebrating the holidays

The stars aren't letting an unseasonably warm Christmas dampen their spirits.

Derek Hough is celebrating wife Hayley Erbert's recovery on Christmas Day. On Monday, the couple posted a photo of themselves sharing a kiss in front of their Christmas tree and wrote, "Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas!"

"Cheering the greatest gift of all," the caption read. "The precious gift of life and the love we share. Hold your loved ones close and treasure every moment."

Their Christmas post marks the first update the couple has given since Hough revealed that his wife would undergo another surgery nearly two weeks after she had to have an emergency craniectomy. Hough, 38, revealed on his Instagram Story that Erbert, 29, will have surgery "to replace a large portion of her skull that was removed during her craniectomy."

Hough and Erbert tied the knot in August, saying "I do" in front of family and friends in a redwood forest in Northern California's Monterey County in August, People reported. Hough's publicist Susan Madore confirmed the wedding to USA TODAY. The couple began dating in 2015 after meeting on "DWTS."

For Keke Palmer, motherhood is a jolly time.

The first-time mom took to Instagram on Christmas Eve to share a photo of herself and son Leodis dressed up for the holiday. Palmer was glamorous in a strapless black gown and elegant updo, while Leodis looked adorably dapper in a white, button-down shirt and bow tie.

"Happy Holidays! From my family, to yours," Palmer wrote. "He wouldn’t let me tuck his shirt in. And whatever he says goes 🙄"

Nadia Ferreira dedicates Christmas tribute to newborn son

Nadia Ferreira, who revealed the birth of her son with singer Marc Anthony in June, shared a Christmas tribute to the couple's newborn in an Instagram post on Christmas Eve.

The model also shared a trio of festive photos with her son, which saw Ferreira dressed in a strapless green dress and the baby in a light blue button-down shirt, Santa hat and red-and-white boots.

"Christmas has always been my favorite celebration of the year because of the familiar traditions we have, but this one in particular is the most special and important for me because of your presence, my son ♥️" Ferreira wrote in Spanish. "You arrived in our lives to make us very happy. My love for you has no limits."

Usher gets festive with children for family photo

Like for many of us, the holidays are a family affair for Usher.

The R&B crooner took to Instagram on Christmas Day to share a sweet family photo with his four children: Usher "Cinco" V, 16, Naviyd Ely, 15, Sovereign Bo, 3, and Sire Castrello, 2. The "Confessions" singer also shared an outtake reel that showed his family's attempt to assemble for the photo.

"Without further ado, Happy Holidays from the Raymond’s 🎅🏾🎄🎁" Usher captioned the post.

Tamar Braxton alludes to Christmas Day engagement to ex Jeremy Robinson

Tamar Braxton didn't receive any coal for Christmas, but she did get a shiny rock.

The singer and TV personality revealed that estranged boyfriend Jeremy Robinson gifted her what appears to be an engagement ring in an Instagram post on Christmas Day. Robinson reportedly announced the couple's breakup in October, per People magazine.

In a pair of videos featured in Braxton's post, a surprised Braxton can be seen unboxing the diamond ring, followed by Robinson placing the ring on her finger.

"3 months ago we thought we HATED each other and we were completely OVER," Braxton wrote. "We knew that whatever happened in the past was just that and ANYTHING other than US and our family only mattered. So the truth is WE DONT CARE if anyone disagrees with it … we choose to love each other OUT LOUD and PROUD🤷🏽‍♀️because we found something worth fighting for and forgiving each other for EVERYDAY in front and behind the scenes."

Vanessa Hudgens and Cole Tucker are celebrating their first Christmas together as a married couple.

The 35-year-old "High School Musical" star posted a smiling selfie with her new husband from a golf course with the ocean and palm trees in the background.

"Merry Christmas from us golf obsessed newlyweds to you and yours," she captioned the photo.

The two tied the knot earlier this month in a casual beach ceremony in Tulum, Mexico. The "Spring Breakers" actress got married in custom Vera Wang Haute dress, a light ivory slip dress with a plunging back. Shannen Doherty reflects on Christmas, says she's 'thankful to be here'

Shannen Doherty is ready to take on the new year but reflecting on the challenges 2023 brought.

The "Beverly Hills, 90210" alum was joined by her mother, Rosa Doherty, on the Christmas Day episode of her podcast, "Let’s Be Clear with Shannen Doherty."

"This year is about just being incredibly grateful that we're here and we get to spend time with the people that are by our sides through thick and thin, who don't walk away, who love us unconditionally, and that have the same beliefs and morals and standards and people who have character," Doherty said. "I'm just so thankful really to be here for it."

She added: "I even got to schedule my cancer infusions where I would be recovered completely from it for Christmas."

Congratulations are in order for country star Kane Brown and his wife Katelyn.

The couple announced on Christmas Day that this year's holiday would be the last before their family of four welcomes a new member. The Browns took to Instagram to share the exciting news with a family photo in front of their Christmas tree as their daughters Kodi Jane, 1, and Kingsley Rose, 4, held up a sonogram of baby No. 3.

Paris Hilton celebrates first Christmas as a family of four

Paris Hilton posted a picture of her family of four this Christmas – including son Phoenix and new baby London, albeit with her face covered.

"Merry Christmas from the Hilton-Reums!" she wrote in an Instagram post Christmas Day. "At the beginning of 2023, I could never have imagined the happiness and gratitude I would feel in this moment ❤️ My beautiful family of four, my fairytale dream come true!"

In the photos, Hilton is seen holding her son − both in matching Mickey Mouse ears hats − with husband Carter Reum. "These precious moments of pure joy and wonder will stay in my heart forever," she wrote.

Kim Kardashian, who has a long history of going all out with Christmas decorations, brought in the holidays this season with dozens of Christmas trees, creating a winter wonderland inside of the reality TV star's home. She shared the extravagant setup, which also stretched outside, on Instagram Friday.

This year, as in years past, Kardashian brought in Grammy-winning pianist Philip Cornish to wake her children up with Christmas songs.

The businesswoman also showed off her gift-wrapping skills, using all-white SKIMS T-shirt fabric from her clothing brand, while showing off each of her family members' gift-wrapping styles.

The NSYNC singer told People in an interview published Friday that he and his actor husband have decided to cancel most of their holiday plans.

"We always go to the East Coast for the holidays, but because of work we pretty much had to cancel everything," said Bass. "So we're staying in Los Angeles. Which is less stressful, and will be nice."

The couple, who married in 2014, instead plan to take their twins to Disneyland.
