Paris Hilton sent Leeds United a message of support ahead of Sunday's (26 May) Championship play-off final clash at Wembley.

Daniel Farke's side stands on the brink of Premier League promotion as they face Southampton.

Ahead of the match, former players and celebrities recorded short videos of support for the team - including the former reality TV star, 43.

Hilton said: "Just wanted to leave this message for you guys and say good luck with your game this weekend.

"I'll be rooting for you wearing my jersey."
