'I'm actually not that high maintenance': Paris Hilton talks about being 'very chill' despite making $1 million per DJ gig
Paris Hilton is the highest-paid female DJ in the world, making $1 million per gig, and the entrepreneur behind her own booming business empire. But she maintains that she keeps it pretty low-key when it comes to spending her money.
When asked about the “richest thing she’s ever done,” Hilton told Yahoo Lifestyle that she’s “actually not that high maintenance.”
“I’m very chill about things like that,” she continued, while sitting on the BUILD series stage.
Soon after, however, she recalled a recent dinner at which she ate just about everything covered in gold.
“The other night they were, like, feeding us these 24k-karat gold covered everything. Like, it was just, like, chicken, and then the sushi was gold covered, and then the chocolate,” Hilton explained. “I was like, ‘Is it healthy to eat this much gold?’”
And although she admitted that the gilded food didn’t even taste better than normal, it did make for good social media content.
“The restaurant just gave it to us, and I was like, ‘This is cool,’” Hilton said. “Looks great for the Snapchat.”
