Paris Hilton's newborn baby daughter officially has two middle names -- Marilyn and Hilton -- based on documents filed with L.A. County's Vital Records.

According to the birth certificate, obtained by The Blast, Paris's baby girl's name is "London Marilyn Hilton Reum," in that order.

As we reported, beloved pop culture icon Paris Hilton welcomed a second child. In addition to her son, Phoenix, whom she shares with her husband, Carter Reum.

The filing says the baby girl was born on November 11, 2023, at 11:43 am at the famous Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Interestingly, the OB/GYN who assisted with the child's birth is Dr. Steve Rad -- who is referred to as the “Doogie Howser” obstetrician/gynecologist — who at age 39 has already overseen 8,000 births.

On Friday, December 8, The Blast exclusively obtained the birth certificate for baby London.

The baby's birth weight and height was not listed on the document.

On Thanksgiving Day 2023, Paris took to Instagram to share the news that she had welcomed a second child with her husband, Carter Reum, whom she married in late 2021.

The “Paris In Love” star has shared videos on her TikTok page and Instagram Stories to celebrate the birth of their second child. On Thanksgiving Day, Paris and Carter were dancing around the dinner table while Phoenix celebrated being a big brother.

"Are you a big brother today? Are you the big brother now? You going to watch after your sister?" Paris asked Phoenix, who gurgled in response.

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, the couple started the IVF process, as Paris knew that she wanted to have a large family.

"We knew we wanted to start a family, and I was like, 'This is perfect timing. Usually, I'm on a plane 250 days out of the year, and let's just get all of the eggs stocked and ready,'" she told People magazine, adding, "We have tons of them just waiting."

Speaking to Glamour UK at the time, Paris revealed that the couple had already decided on the name “London Marilyn” for their future sister.

In January 2023, the “Stars Are Blind” singer welcomed her son Phoenix Barron Hilton Reum via surrogate. Paris called her first child a “little angel” when she appeared on The Drew Barrymore Show at the time.

“I’m so obsessed with him. My whole heart feels so full. I feel like my life is so complete now,” she said of life as a new mom. Although she was private about the birth of the first child, she explained, "I just feel that my life has been so public, and I just wanted this for myself."

"I didn't want to have to deal with the media and people online talking about my son before he came into this world safe and healthy and happy,” she continued.

"I just feel that this is a whole new phase of my life, and even with his name Phoenix," she said, adding, "I feel like this is all about transforming and becoming a new person and growing in ways that I couldn't even imagine before."

During another appearance on ABC News Studios' Impact x Nightline, the new mom said that she has “never been more ready for anything in my life” and described motherhood as “a love that I’ve never experienced before.”

“My heart just feels so full, and I just want to protect him,” she said, explaining that welcoming a child is what she has “always been meant to do.”

"Creating my own family and a real life — because I've been kind of having to play this character and living this life for so long," she said. "And I feel like having a family, having children, is what I've always been meant to do."
