Paramount Pictures’ Megan Colligan Expands Marketing Team

Megan Colligan, Paramount Pictures’ worldwide president of marketing and distribution, has just named key executives in the marketing division in creative advertising, licensing and digital as she gathers together a new and expanded team.

Mo Rhim has been named SVP International Digital Marketing along with Kath Skerry, who gets the VP Digital Marketing title. Rhim reports to Nic Crawley, President international marketing and distribution while Skerry reports into the division led by Rebecca Mall, co-president of domestic marketing.

Vivianne Waisman has been named VP Licensing, while Nav Kaur is now director of marketing partnerships. They both report to the division led by LeeAnne Stables, who is President of worldwide marketing and partnerships and licensing.

Also, Natalie Bowman has been named director of creative advertising, and Brandon Nichols steps into the post of director of digital marketing. Bowman reports into the division led by Peter Giannascoli who is the other co-president of domestic marketing along with Mall, whom Nichols reports to.

Rhim comes to the studio from Google’s DoubleClick division, where she served as head of industry, media and entertainment. She will now oversee the international strategic efforts of Paramount’s digital marketing which includes the creation, development, execution and optimization of all marketing campaigns.

Skerry joins Paramount from OMD Entertainment where she was credited with leading the media agency’s efforts for all digital channels for Walt Disney Studios including Pixar, Marvel and Lucasfilm. She will work on strategy and day-to-day execution and optimization of all creative campaigns online for the studio.

Waisman comes to Paramount from Sony Pictures where she most recently was exec director of U.S. retail strategy and development. In her new job, she will focus on domestic licensing, retail partnerships and e-commerce. Prior to Sony, she worked at El Segundo-based Mattel where she established the company’s international retail division.

Bowman previously was at 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment where she served as director of creative advertising so makes a lateral move over to Paramount, as does Nichols who came from Broad Green Media also as director of digital marketing. Kaur also held the same title previously at Warner Bros before moving to the Melrose Ave. studio.
