How? “Nature Morte” by the 20th century master is being raffled off to help raise money for water charities in Africa. Tickets for the raffle go for €100, or about $113, and the Picasso is valued at as much as $3 million. The stunt, called “1 Picasso for 100 Euros,” hopes to raise some $20 million.
