P83 in Peoria is expanding. Here's a look at all the restaurants, plus 3 new ones moving in
Over the last decade, Peoria Eighty-Three, P83 for short, has gone from an ordinary street with some retail, restaurants and a movie theater to a noteworthy entertainment district.
The name P83 was created in 2010, and giant blue and yellow signs started going up around 2013. Now, West Valley residents know the area surrounding the Peoria Sports Complex as P83.
The district has recently gained a number of hotels, restaurants and a dinner theater. And it is still expanding, with plans recently announced to add three new restaurants along 83rd Avenue.
Here's your guide to every restaurant at P83 in Peoria.
New restaurants opening soon at P83
In summer 2022, the city of Peoria announced a project to redevelop more than 2.5 acres of land near the P83 Entertainment District. The land was previously used as a parking lot for the Peoria Sports Complex.
The mixed-use development will be next to the Peoria Sports Complex on the south side of West Paradise Lane, east of 83rd and west of 79th avenues, and will include three recently announced restaurants.
Fox Restaurant Concepts announced in June that it would open two restaurants at the new P83 development: Blanco Taco Cocina + Cantina and North Italia.
It was announced last summer that Postino Winecafe would be opening its ninth Valley location at P83's newest mixed-use development.
No opening dates have yet been confirmed.
Blanco Taco Cocina + Cantina
Menu highlights at Blanco include Tucson chimichangas, slow-cooked barbecue pork tacos, carne asada fajitas and traditional cheese enchiladas. Pair them with a jalapeño pineapple or smashed strawberry and mandarin margarita or a round of Mexican beers.

North Italia
North Italia offers Italian favorites such as prosciutto, spicy meatball or Margherita pizza, a Caprese sandwich and pastas like spaghetti and meatballs, butternut squash anolini and chicken parmesan. The restaurant offers more than two dozen wines as well as a handful of craft cocktails such as the New Italian Spritz made with Aperol, citrus smash and prosecco or the Black Fig Manhattan with fig-infused Piggyback rye, Averna, Grand Marnier and brandied figs.

Postino
Postino serves bruschetta, charcuterie boards and paninis, with a number of gluten-free options. Each location also offers over a dozen wines by the glass or bottle and a rotating selection of beers.

Over a dozen restaurants are currently open at P83 in Peoria, offering everything from Mexican food to Korean barbecue.
Abuelo's Mexican Restaurant
Abuelo’s large menu includes a fajita chimichanga, Durango burrito, enchilada platters and pork tenderloin abrigada. Happy hour is from 3 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday with offers like Sangria on the rocks, margaritas, draft beers and snacks like guacamole and queso diablo for $5 each.

Bubba's 33
Bubba’s one and only Arizona location serves bacon, bacon guacamole and “sunshine” burgers; pizzas like pepperoni, meaty meaty or The Dickie V made with Italian sausage, cherry peppers, fresh basil, grated parmesan and a garlic butter crust; plus, salmon, ribeye steaks and lasagna.

Buca di Beppo
Buca di Beppo is a family-friendly Italian restaurant serving pizza, pasta and entrees like chicken parmigiana, prosciutto stuffed chicken and salmon sorrento. For dessert, there’s tiramisu, cannoli and cheesecake.

Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que
Famous Dave’s offers feast-sized meals like the All-American with a full slab of ribs, a whole country-roasted chicken, a choice of Texas beef brisket or Georgia chopped pork, creamy coleslaw, fries, Wilbur beans, sweet corn and corn bread muffins; or the Flying Pig with 2 pounds of rib, traditional wings, one pound Georgia chopped pork, fries, one pint of mac and cheese and four corn bread muffins.

Headquarters
Headquarters Grill, Bar and Sushi is unique to P83, serving baked pizzas, wings, sandwiches, burgers and handcrafted sushi until 1 a.m. every night.
The sports bar also features a full bar with 32 taps and more than 60 televisions showing all kinds of sports games.

Manna BBQ
Manna BBQ offers two menus: shabu shabu and Korean barbecue. The all-you-can-eat barbecue menu offers over 30 options, including chadol, bulgolgi, samgyeopsal and prime steak. For shabu, first choose a soup base, then select a meat, add any other toppings and cook in your own pot.

Osaka is a Japanese steakhouse, teppanyaki and sushi restaurant. Menu highlights include teriyaki chicken, calamari, vegetable or shrimp teppanyaki; spicy tuna, spicy crab, yellowtail and sea urchin hand rolls; amaebi, saba, tobiko and uzura sushi rolls; and bento boxes with either teriyaki chicken, teriyaki steak or shrimp yakitori.

Serra Gaucha offers a small but appetizing menu of meats such as sirloin, garlic beef, filet mignon, lamb steak, pork ribs, chicken legs and linguica, with sides of either cheese bread, caramelized bananas or garlic mashed potatoes and access to The Market Bar, a buffet that includes black beans, rice, Stroganov, fresh vegetables and cured meats and cheeses.
