Ozzy Osbourne's off-the-wall exploits are the stuff of rock legend – but the singer himself apparently feels at least a little guilty.

Osbourne famously urinated on the Alamo Cenotaph (a tall monument adjacent to the fort) while on tour in 1982, and was banned from San Antonio “for life” (although he has returned since) as a result. Today, he’ll return to film a History Channel special with his son, according to a report from the San Antonio Express-News, and make a public apology.

“Ozzy was super drunk and he had a bladder problem,” concert promoter Greg Wilson told the paper in 1992. "You know, I don’t think anyone would have even noticed what he was doing except that he was doing a photo shoot with the English music magazine Melody Maker and he was dressed in pink tights and ballerina shoes. He wandered over to the side of the statue and there he went.“
