Ozzy Osbourne is feeling good after getting his health on track.

During Tuesday’s episode of the relaunched The Osbournes Podcast, the Black Sabbath singer, 75, spoke to fellow British musician Billy Morrison and opened up about how his health has been since his final spinal surgery and taking on sobriety after a decades-long struggle with drug and alcohol addiction.

“Ozzy you’re looking so much better,” Morrison told his friend.

“It’s just a job, it's what I do now,” Osbourne said of being sober. “I just came back from the doctor today and my blood clots are gone, everything’s back to normal. I can bend my neck. I just gotta get my balance going now.”

The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, who had his fourth spinal surgery in September 2023, said that since his recovery, his only health focus has been on Parkinson’s disease, with which he was diagnosed in 2003.

“I’m not seeing so many doctors anymore. I’m just seeing the Parkinson’s doctor but I’m not having surgery or anything. I had seven surgeries in five years,” he explained.

Showing off the mobility of his neck since surgery, Osbourne said, “It’s a slow recovery because I’m not as young as I used to be so recovery of anything is gonna take time.”

Ahead of his spinal surgery last year, the "Crazy Train" singer said he would no longer go under the knife due to the structural damage he sustained from a 2019 fall.

During another episode of his family’s podcast, Osbourne noted that the numerous surgeries were taking a toll on him.

"Tomorrow I have my final surgery on my neck,” he said at the time. “Which it is gonna be the final surgery because I can't do it anymore. Regardless of the way it ends up after tomorrow, I'm not doing it anymore. I can't."

“My feet feel like I've got bricks tied to them when I'm walking,” he admitted. “I walked upstairs today and downstairs for the first time in a while, and my feet feel like I've got diving boots on when I'm walking. I think it's the nerves… Then I was thinking, maybe I just need to get up off my ass and walk around the block a few times."

Osbourne also told critics to “f--- off” when it comes to his recent health battles, assuring that “I’m far from being on my last leg.”
