Ozzy Osbourne is taking up a new hobby.

The 74-year-old rock icon is practicing Tai Chi to help ease his Parkinson’s Disease symptoms, he said during the latest episode of The Osbournes Podcast.

Ozzy shared the details as he gave an update on his recovery from his final spinal surgery last month, following a series of operations after having a fall in 2019.

“I’m going to try and do [Tai Chi], its good for balance,” Ozzy announced on the podcast as he was joined by wife Sharon, 70, their daughter Kelly, 38, and son Jack, 37.

“Oh my God, this is the best news I have heard in so long,” responded Kelly. “Jack, do you realize that they say that it's the No. 1 thing to help with mobility and Parkinson’s, is Tai Chi?”

“Yeah, I believe it, it's low impact,” Jack — who married his fiancée Aree Gearhart last month — said. “And we’ve been trying to get Dad to do it for [ages],” Kelly added.

“It's the balance that helps me,” Ozzy explained. “Well, I want to get back, you know, and all the options are open for me,” he later added.

Earlier in the podcast, the former Black Sabbath star said that he’d been “laid up” since his final spinal surgery and revealed that he is now “blood clot-free” following a medical check-up he attended the week prior.

Ozzy said that he would be going “back to physical therapy” the next week.

Last month, Ozzy opened up about his series of operations in an interview with Metal Hammer as he shared his hopes of making "one more album" and a return to touring.

"I’ve had all the surgery now, thank God," the rockstar told the outlet. "I’m feeling OK — it was just dragging on. I thought I’d be back on my feet months ago, I just couldn’t get used to this mode of living, constantly having something wrong. I can’t walk properly yet, but I’m not in any pain anymore and the surgery on my spine went great."

The "Crazy Train" singer then discussed what his plans for next year are.

"I’m getting myself fit," Ozzy continued. "I’ve done two albums fairly recently [2020's Ordinary Man and 2022's Patient Number 9], but I want to do one more album and then go back on the road."
