As The Crown takes its final curtsy on Netflix, Left Bank Pictures is auctioning some of the royal drama’s most iconic items for a good cause.

On Sunday, Bonhams announced The Crown Auction, billed as a “once-in-a-lifetime auction of close to 450 props, furniture and costumes” from all six seasons of Peter Morgan’s hit drama inspired by the lives of the British royal family. The Crown premiered on Netflix in 2016 and part 1 of its sixth and final season is now streaming with part 2 set to debut on Dec. 14.

Like season 6 of the show, The Crown Auction is split into two parts. Approximately 150 lots will be sold in a live auction on Feb. 7 at Bonhams’ flagship saleroom in London with proceeds benefitting the establishment of the Left Bank Pictures — The Crown Scholarship program at the National Film and Television School (NFTS) in the U.K. Those eager to bid even earlier can check out the online auction, which will feature around 300 lots and run from Jan. 30 to Feb. 8 on Bonhams.com.

Highlights of the auction include recreations of Princess Diana’s legendary items like the sapphire engagement ring that Emma Corrin debuted as Diana in season 4, the revenge dress Elizabeth Debicki wore in character as the Princess of Wales during her split from then-Prince Charles (played by Dominic West) in season 5 and the leopard swimsuit Debicki slipped into in season 6 to pose for photos on vacation amid Charles’ 50th birthday party for then-Camilla Parker Bowles (played by Olivia Williams).

Other reimagined royal regalia for sale include reproductions of the Gold State Coach, the ceremonial coronation garments including the imperial mantle, stole and robe Claire Foy wore to portray Queen Elizabeth’s 1953 crowning ceremony in season 1, two ballgowns Foy wore in character as a young Queen Elizabeth, the wedding dress and veil Vanessa Kirby sported to depict Princess Margaret’s wedding to Antony Armstrong-Jones in season 2 and much more.

Unmissable props from The Crown set also going up for auction include replicas of the St. Edward’s Chair seen on screen for Queen Elizabeth’s coronation day, plus recreations of the famous facades at Number 10 Downing Street (the British prime minister’s office and residence) and Buckingham Palace.

In a statement, Andy Harries, Chief Executive of Left Bank Pictures and Executive Producer of The Crown, spoke about the impact that the Left Bank Pictures — The Crown Scholarship program will hopefully have through proceeds raised from the auction at Bonhams. According to the auction house, the scholarship program will support students at the globally renowned school over the next 20 years.

"It has been a privilege for me and all at Left Bank Pictures to have been at the heart of The Crown. Its huge global success has much to do with working with the best creative and production talent in this country and we want to invest the proceeds of this magnificent auction into the next generation of film and TV talent,” Harries said.

“The NFTS has been part of The Crown's history from the start with many of its graduates contributing to the production of the show over the years. I have long admired the ethos and training of the school and supported it personally,” he continued. “So, I am thrilled that the legacy of The Crown will be to provide so much financial support for so many students at the NFTS over the next few decades.”
