Oscars 2018: Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth steal the show at Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party

Miley Cyrus isn't even at the Oscars and she's still one of the best dressed of the night!

The 25-year-old star had fiance Liam Hemsworth by her side at Elton John's annual Oscars viewing party, where she was a total style standout in a crystal-covered long-sleeve gown with a shocking hot pink starburst design.

Miley and her handsome guy were more than happy to pose for a photo with the host himself, and she also grinned for a pic with Caitlyn Jenner.

Elton's annual soiree benefits AIDS research, a cause long near and dear to his heart. Among this year's attendees, in addition to Miley and Liam, were Heidi Klum, Busy Philipps and "Scandal" star Darby Stanchfield.

Guest Lea Michele also had a notable look of the night: The "Glee" alum showed off her whole chest in an ultra-revealing number with a thigh-high slit.
