Oscar-winning actress Anna Paquin stepped out on the red carpet sporting a cane as she continues to battle undisclosed health woes that left her with mobility issues.

The “True Blood” alum, 41, was all smiles at the star-studded New York City event at the Crosby Street Hotel Wednesday night.

Paquin posed for pictures with her husband actor Stephen Moyer, 54, as the pair stepped out together to promote their latest film, “A Bit of Light.”

Paquin looked chic in a sequined black dress that featured pointed shoulder pads. She teamed her classic look up with black tights and heeled leather boots.

She slicked her dark hair into a bun for the night.

Moyer, for his part, also opted for an all-black look consisting of a suit, shirt and tie of the same hue.

Despite navigating through her health battle and relying on a cane to get her by, Paquin appeared in good spirits.

“It hasn’t been easy,” she told People of her mobility issues and experiencing difficulties with her speech.

Elsewhere, Paquin said she’s grateful to continue working during this time.

“My first love was independent filmmaking,” Paquin said, who is the second youngest Oscar winner after winning the gong at age 11 for her role in “The Piano.”

“That’s how I entered the film industry. I was working with people who were all about telling stories and telling them with integrity and truth,” she continued.

A source told the outlet that Paquin is expected to make a full recovery.

The “X-Men” actress also said she’s grateful for her husband’s support.

“He’s my favorite person to play with,” she said of Moyer, who directed the pair’s latest project. “I’m not sentimental when it comes to work.”

Paquin’s outing marked her first red carpet appearance since Oct. 2022, when she posed for photos at the Raindance Film Festival.

The pair, who tied the knot in 2010, are proud parents to 11-year-old twins Charlie and Poppy.

And while they typically opt to stay out of the spotlight, Moyer often gushes about his wife in sweet posts on social media.

In August, the director marked the pair’s 13th wedding anniversary with a heartfelt Instagram post.
