A wildfire breached a highway in Yukon, Canada, on July 9, as multiple fires burned in the territory, officials said.
The Yukon Protection Services shared this footage which shows the Robert Campbell Highway surrounded by the Tuchitua River fire. The 5,600 acre fire “exhibited extreme fire behaviour”, according to officials. The fire breached the highway on Friday evening, public safety officials said.
