Winfrey has been involved in different relationships in the past, and the earliest relationship she got into was in High School with Anthony Otey. However, after many years of being in Wong relationships, Winfrey finally met Stedman Graham. Initially, the duo got engaged and fixed a wedding date in November 1992. Sadly, the ceremony never took place and fans began to wonder what could have happened with the couple.
