With artists releasing songs at a fast and furious pace, it’s difficult for the average hip-hop head to keep track of it all—no matter how tapped in they are. That’s why we created The Ones, a daily post to highlight the song you need to hear.

Blaqbonez — “BBC”

When Blaqbonez, born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, began rapping at age 13, his parents disapproved. The popularity he’s gained rapping as an adult may have changed their minds, but his latest single is sure to make them blush. Definitely not a homage to the international news platform based in England, Blaqbonez’s “BBC” is about exactly what you think it is. He’s confident and seductive, swinging from melodic bars to harmonized croons in this irresistible sex romp. While Blaqbonez’s parents cringe, the rest of us will be gyrating along to his steamy Afro-Caribbean concoction.
