Who is Alpha in One Piece?
Alpha is a CP8 agent pretending to be a nurse.
She was introduced in Chapter 1100 of the manga. While pretending to be a nurse, one of her tasks as a CP8 agent is to watch over Jewelry Bonney, secretly keeping her hostage. This was because of Bartholomew Kuma’s deal with Saint Jaygarcia Saturn and the World Government in relation to Bonney’s Sapphire Scale disease treatment.
Alpha showed up in Kuma’s church at the Sorbet Kingdom to keep an eye out on Bonney. She claimed that she was there to help Bonney with recuperating from her Sapphire Scale disease treatment until next year. However, Bonney does not know that Alpha is actually a CP8 agent.
As per Kuma’s deal with Saturn, Alpha was there to make sure that Bonney would be under the World Government’s custody. She was also there to ensure that Bonney did not contact Kuma while the Pacifista modifications were ongoing. She secured the church to make sure that no one suspicious would enter, even asking for identification from whoever’s going to visit.
Is Alpha related to Kalifa from Cipher Pol?
There is no available information yet stating that Alpha and Kalifa are related.
Manga readers might have likely realized that she very much looks like Kalifa. Kalifa is also an agent from Cipher Pol. Her character was first introduced as a CP9 agent but she is now currently with CP0. Meanwhile, Kalifa’s dad, Laskey, was also a former CP9 agent. He was part of the Ohara Incident. There is also no available information yet on whether Alpha is related to Laskey.
For now, fans can only theorize on whether Alpha has a connection with Kalifa and Laskey. However, since the two look scarily alike, it’s possible that they’re connected somehow.
