On their GoFundMe page her parents posted a message saying, "God gained another beautiful angel. Our beautiful daughter Jaylah Kassidy Hart is now walking the streets of gold and hasn't got a care in the world. Only god knows why she was called 'home' early. My wife Kathryn and I believe we know the reason. We believe she was put here to save other families from going through what we had to overcome. Giving other kids the chance to fulfill life to the fullest and enjoy all that life has to offer."

The message goes on to say, "We appreciate all the calls, messages, and prayers along with everyone who came by to check on us. Just be with us at this time and keep us in your thoughts in our time of need."
