Staying fit and eating healthy are top of mind for many of us in 2018, especially after consuming copious amounts of sweets and booze over the holidays.

To help ease you into reaching your 2018 fitness goal, H&M is launching an activewear collection so chic it will make you want to flock to the gym just to show off your new gear. A quick look at H&M’s campaign imagery for the line, which is set against a backdrop of lush green hills and mountaintops, is already inspiring me to get back in shape.

In continuing H&M’s sustainability efforts and transitioning to a circular economy focused on material and product reuse, the new sport collection is not only stylish, but also eco-friendly. The line is made solely from sustainable materials, primarily from recycled polyester and elastane.

The collection includes bras, tanks, leggings, and hoodies made for all types of exercise, whether you like to run, train, or do yoga. The pieces are restfully earth-toned, coming in shades of green, beige, and black.

Due to its neutral color palette, you can easily incorporate any of the workout basics into your existing wardrobe and add extra style touches, like wearing your favorite pair of Nikes and tying your hair up with a 1990s-style scrunchie for a chic post gym-to-brunch outfit.

If you have concerns about the quality and comfort level of recycled materials, you can rest easy. H&M developed the collection with comfort and utility in mind. Because the garments have no seams, you can avoid frustrating details like those uncomfortable side-boob bra tags. Extra features include added ventilation, bust support, and my favorite: quick-dry technology. This sport collection truly has it all.

“By bringing together the functional and feminine, the aim is to give customers a stylish, conscious, sports collection,” Petra Smeds, head designer of sportswear for H&M, said in a press release. “And not just through the fabrics — we utilized a new knitting technique that creates seamless garments while using less yarn or fabric waste. Blending function with sustainable thinking and fashion in this way is the way forward.”

Half the battle of staying fit is actually showing up at the gym, so why not look good while doing it? The H&M Conscious Sport collection will be easy on your wallet too, starting at just $10 and capping at $50. Watch the campaign video below, and shop the collection online at hm.com and select stores on Jan. 4.
