The Riverdale duo are notoriously private about their relationship despite many romantic paparazzi photos and tons of evidence that confirms they're most definitely dating-but this post from Lili says it all:

This post is pretty major considering that both Lili and Cole have routinely refused to confirm or deny their relationship status. Most recently, Lili told HarpersBazaar.com"I'm not okay talking about my relationship. I'm not going to tell you my love story. That's just not appropriate right now."
Guess Cole's birthday is as good a time as any to open up!
