OMG Coffee Excellence finds a new home: With Stack'd Brownies in Mount Dora's Key Foods plaza

Mount Dora just got a whole lot sweeter with the grand opening of OMG Coffee Excellence in its new location alongside Stack'd Brownies in the Key Foods plaza. This collaboration brings together two local favorites under one roof. I mean, what goes better with coffee than sweet treats?

Some may remember, OMG Coffee Excellence had a grand opening in the Lake Square Mall around six months ago, but let’s just say that location didn’t work out. However, it was able to quickly find a new home.

“Over at Renninger’s Flea Market, where we began and still have a booth at today, Stack’d Brownies took over the bakery portion,” OMG Coffee owner Philip Brown said. “So we already knew John [Stack’d Brownies owner] and it just made sense for us to come together in this location as well.”

While the new location is quite a bit smaller than its previous facility, Brown said he wants to get back to his roots and focus on doing what he does best: making the best cup of coffee.

“We roast our own signature coffees and are a wholesale distributer for many places in Central Florida,” he said.

Brown owns OMG Coffee with Karen Smith, whom he met at Renninger’s Flea Market.

OMG Coffee has not only become known for its signature coffee blends, but also its popular coffee shakes in flavors like strawberry cheesecake, Oreo mint, S’mores, caramel macchiato, mocha latte, birthday cake, nutty buddy and butterbeer.

It also has a variety of breakfast foods, including its newest creation, the pancake breakfast sandwich. It includes two fluffy pancakes filled with sausage, egg and cheese with a side of syrup. OMS also offers breakfast sandwiches on NY bagels. The most popular is The Hammer: sweet deli ham, bacon, provolone cheese and OMG sauce.

There’s also choices of breakfast bowls, panini sandwiches, pulled-pork sandwiches and gourmet hot dogs.

Now, thanks to OMG's recent partnership, customers also can grab a Stack’d Brownie, which is a classic round brownie topped with all sorts of flavors for every sweet tooth. From Oreo, peanut butter chip, gummy worms, Reece’s and more, there’s literally dozens of flavors to choose from.
