The songstress has announced her "GUTS World Tour" for 2024 on Wednesday morning, hitting both Orlando and Miami along the way.

For those wanting to join Rodrigo on her tour, here's what to know about the upcoming tour and how to score tickets when they drop.

Who is Olivia Rodrigo?

Olivia Isabel Rodrigo is a newer pop star on a rocket-like trajectory, breaking through by featuring both punk and rock elements while preaching about the shared experience of every teenage girl. While some believe her this generation's Fiona Apple, Avril Lavigne or Taylor Swift based on her edgy style and even more cut-throat songwriting, Rodrigo has publicly appreciated the comparisons, yet stressed she's her own voice.

The 20-year-old originally gained recognition for Disney Channel's "Bizaardvark" and later during Disney+'s hit "High School Musical: The Musical- The Series." While playing Nini on the High School Musical reboot, she was able to show off her vocals and gained a steady fanbase with the show's standout song "All I Want."

Then in 2021, she achieved overnight success with her debut single "driver's license," earning more than. Both supporters and casual lyrics were engrossed into the story of a jaded teenage girl who was cheated on, which ended being somewhat autobiographical on Rodrigo's end.

After growing her hype and fanbase with rock-focused singles "deja vu" and "good 4 u," Rodrigo released her critically-acclaimed Grammy-winning debut album "sour."

What album is Rodrigo promoting?

Just over two years since fully breaking out into the music scene, Rodrigo came out with her latest single "vampire," which returned her back into the spotlight and top of the charts. The song uses vampire as a metaphor to further illustrate a person who sucks the life out of the Rodrigo, leaving fans to speculate who it's about.

Shortly after, she announced her sophomore album "GUTS" would release on Sept. 8. Teaming up with Dan Nigro, who produced “sour” as well as her new release, Rodrigo once again tackled the songwriting. After it's release, USA Today reviews wrote that the heartbreak album had no off songs and featured her usual formula of "pop that slow-burns into a cresting boom of melodic punk."

Is there going to be another Ticketmaster presale?

Yes, there will be another presale. Fans are being asked to register ahead of tickets going on sale. Fans in North America can register for either the American Express Early Access or the Registration Onsale.

Once registration closes, fans will be randomly selected to receive a code that grants them access to the sales on Wednesday, Sept. 20 and Thursday, Sept. 21.

American Express Early Access — Some credit card companies, like Citibank and Chase, offer special pre-sale access perks to loyal customers. Check with American Express to see what benefits they offer.

Registration Onsale  — Obtained directly from Ticketmaster by signing up to receive special offers from the ticketing platform and favoriting artists, performers, sports teams and venues you’re interested in. Important note: Ticketmaster says this must be done on the desktop website as app favorites don’t generate pre-sale emails.

What are tips for mastering Ticketmaster’s queue?

It's a bad idea to prepare early for tickets, right? It's fine!

Here’s what experts advise fans to do when the Ticketmaster queue opens for the Miami dates before it gets brutal in there:

  • Join the waiting room at least 10 minutes before the event goes on sale.

  • Tickets are on a first-come, first-served basis once it’s your turn to shop, so check venue seating ahead of time and make backup plans if you find that your preferred seats are already taken.

  • Don’t refresh. The page will automatically refresh when you enter the queue.

  • Don’t let your screen dim. The waiting room will pause if your screen dims.

  • Don’t leave the page.

  • Have your current payment and billing info ready to go ahead of time.

  • Turn on your volume. A queue bell will sound once you’re in the queue.

  • Your spot will be held for 10 minutes once you’re in the queue
