Olivia Culpo has put her killer body on display (and yes, it ticked boxes for the sheer trend).
Earlier today, the Sports Illustrated model and all-around "it" girl took to Instagram with a double update ahead of Christmas. The 27-year-old had gone for plenty of sparkle, a wispy and Christmas-effect backdrop, plus the giant reminder that her lingerie looks good at any time of year.
The sheer layer? Everyone's wearing it right now (although nobody's really figured out the point). At any rate, it looks great, and it looked fantastic on Culpo.

Olivia posed for her photos with a direct and piercing gaze, although eyes may well have been on that fierce body. The Rhode Island native was lingerie clad from her beige cupped bra and high-waisted briefs, with the two-piece worn underneath a gauze-like and see-through dress with puff sleeves.
Yes, the sheer layer is a little pointless when you're rocking lingerie. No, we wouldn't have it any other way.
Culpo struck a pose with her left hand placed on her hip in the first snap – the second offered a slight variation on the first.
Instagram Is Officially Drooling
The platform can't get enough. Olivia's post today managed to clock in a healthy 53,000+ likes within eight hours of going live. Of course, Olivia was also snapped wearing the ensemble at ARTNews in Miami, Florida yesterday – it isn't just the 'Gram for Culpo.
Fan comments poured in.

Culpo captioned her post with her Miami location, although anyone following the model's account will know that she's been mentioning the sunny location in her recent updates.
Literally, 'Model Squad'
Culpo has been a cast member of reality series Model Squad since 2018. The E! show also features high-profile models such as Shanina Shaik and Nadine Leopold. Culpo is seen swanning around and looking effortlessly glam in virtually even scene featuring her, although it isn't all posing.
Culpo spoke to Page Six with a raw approach.
“I can’t really speak for other people, but I feel like there’s this idea of perfection [with models], which is just completely not true, and I think it’s refreshing for people to know, and hopefully the show will shed light on that, that we’re all insecure, we all have things that we don’t get that we want, and every day is not a walk in the park,” she told the media outlet.
If We Could Clone That Body, We Would
But we'll just have to settle for copying Culpo's health and fitness philosophies. The model spoke exclusively to Hollywood Life last month.
“I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle that’s sustainable so I can avoid having to ‘crash diet’ or feel super sluggish [or] out of shape. For me, it’s all about feeling healthy from the inside out,” she said.
"What works for me is a low carb, high protein and fiber diet. For workouts I love strength training/circuit training, barre, pilates, cycling, and running. It’s really important for me to switch up my workouts," Olivia added.
The Sheer Trend: It Isn't Going Anywhere
Half of Hollywood has gone sheer. Kylie Jenner rocked a sheer-netted layer in a brave and fully nude shoot to promote her 2019-launched Kylie Skin brand. Sister Kim Kardashian is a lover of all things see-through, as are celebs including Kate Beckinsale and Gigi Hadid.
Olivia? She's managed to combine hot lingerie and the sheer trend all in one go. Well, she isn't considered a trend-setting fashionista for nothing. Culpo may only have 4.4 million Instagram followers, but this is one model who's chased by the paparazzi on a bit of an A-Lister level.
