Oklahoma's TD just before halftime at the Rose Bowl was gorgeous

Oklahoma’s offense did very little wrong against Georgia in the first half of the Rose Bowl. And its fourth touchdown of the half was a thing of beauty.

On third and goal just before halftime, Oklahoma ran what appeared to be a running play to the left. But fullback Dmitri Flowers gave the ball to wide receiver Jeff Badet coming the other direction. Badet then completed a pass to a wide open Baker Mayfield for the touchdown.

If that touchdown doesn’t make you swoon, you’re probably a Georgia fan.

The score gave Oklahoma a 31-14 lead, but Georgia kicked a late field goal to cut the deficit to 31-17 at halftime.
