N.W.A Manager Jerry Heller Alleges Suge Knight Had a Hit Out on Tupac
Jerry Heller shares theories of Suge Knight’s involvement in Tupac’s death in Smashd interview.
Former N.W.A manager Jerry Heller has been open about his opinion of recent biopic Straight Outta Compton, saying in a recent profile, “The movie has nothing to do with what we did.” Heller has been presenting his own version of events in a number of different interviews – the most recent of which contains some fairly shocking allegations about Death Row co-founder Suge Knight, as well as Ice Cube.

“One day he came in with a couple of really bad guys, put a gun to my head and pulled the trigger,” Heller says of Knight, who he says he had to fire “because he was too aggressive.”
Heller also broaches the topic of Eazy-E's death from AIDS, which has been the subject of rumors since it happened. “I know Suge had something to do with it, just like he had to do with Tupac, and just like he did with Biggie,” Heller told Smashd, "because that’s the kind of snake he is.“
He then elaborated on his theory about Tupac’s still-unsolved murder, telling the site that Knight put the hit out on Tupac. "He absolutely did. Unquestionably put the hit on him,” Heller said. "Pulled Tupac in front of him, that’s how he got the glass in his head. You don’t think the cops could have solved this if they wanted to?“
In spite of that, Heller said that the only person he can’t forgive is Ice Cube, whose brutal diss track "No Vaseline” is directed at Heller. “I go to every Laker game, every Dodger game, I’ve never seen him once since the day he left [N.W.A],” Heller said. “And he’s taken a lot of beatings since – in the streets – guys rip off his chain, whatever they want. I would never do business with him again. Those lyrics he wrote: 'How can you be a n—- for life crew with a white Jew telling you what to do? I want to shoot that Jew in the temple…’”
