It was announced last year that Now You See Me 3 is in the works at Lionsgate, but we now have a complete cast list that includes some familiar faces alongside some exciting up-and-comers.

The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that Justice Smith and Dominic Sessa are joining the cast with Ariana Greenblatt and stars of the first two films Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Isla Fisher, Dave Franco and Morgan Freeman.

While there are no details about the plot, Now You See Me 3 will be directed by the Emmy-nominated Ruben Fleischer, whose previous big-screen offerings include Venom and Zombieland: Double Tap.

The two-time Oscar-nominated Eric Warren Singer is credited on the screenplay alongside Seth Grahame-Smith and Michael Lesslie.

Ed Solomon was responsible for co-writing the first film with Boaz Yakin and Edward Ricourt. Solomon also penned the screenplay for Now You See Me 2, with Peter Chiarelli credited for the story.

How newcomers Smith, Sessa and Greenblatt will slide into the well-established narrative is to be confirmed, but they make for an interesting trio to add to the company.

Smith's first breakout role was as Radar in the 2015 film adaptation of the popular John Green novel Paper Towns. Since then, he has appeared in other YA novel adaptations, Every Day and All the Bright Places, as well as Jurassic World Dominion and Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves. His most recent projects debuted at this year's Sundance Film Festival, I Saw the TV Glow and The American Society of Magical Negroes.

Greenblatt also has a few years under her belt, starring in films such as A Bad Moms Christmas, In The Heights and an appearance as Young Gamora in Avengers: Infinity War. She had her real break out, however, last summer in Greta Gerwig's Barbie, where she played Sasha.

Sessa is new on the block, appearing in his first film, The Holdovers, just last year. His performance as Angus Tully landed him a BAFTA nomination and a Critics Choice Award for Best Young Actor, and he has since been lining up roles in new projects. As well as appearing in Now You See Me 3, Sessa will star in Tow alongside Ariana DeBose, Rose Byrne, Octavia Spencer and Demi Lovato, as well as in the upcoming Christmas movie Oh. What. Fun. with Michelle Pfeiffer, Chloë Grace Moretz, Felicity Jones and Denis Leary.
