James Taylor's June 21 concert at Riverbend Music Center has been rescheduled.
Taylor has been put on strict vocal rest by his doctor due to a severe case of laryngitis, according to a tweet from the legendary singer-songwriter. His Wednesday concert in Greater Cincinnati has been rescheduled to Aug. 24.

Shows in Huntsville, Alabama, and Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, have also been rescheduled.
"I really hate to have to postpone these shows and it's not something I take lightly," Taylor wrote. "I thought I could push through but I'm at the point now if I don't take these days off I risk doing permanent damage."

Previously purchased tickets will be honored for the new date. Refunds will also be available for those unable to attend. Fans with questions regarding refunds are advised to contact their point of purchase.
Taylor's 2023 tour will resume in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on Saturday, June 24.
