NOAA Captures Footage of Tropical Storm Eta Over Gulf of Mexico

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) captured footage of Tropical Storm Eta on Tuesday, November 10, as it moved along the Gulf of Mexico.

The storm was expected to make landfall in Florida early Thursday, bringing heavy rainfall and winds, storm surge and isolated tornadoes.

The National Hurricane Center’s advisory at 4 pm on Wednesday warned of a “life-threatening storm surge along portions of the Florida Gulf Coast” that evening. The notice came after Eta downgraded into a tropical storm.
