No All-Star love for Suns? Devin Booker, Chris Paul No 5 and 6 in first fan vote for starting backcourt
The Phoenix Suns have the second-best record in the league, made the finals last season, but still aren't being appreciated by NBA fans when it comes to All-Star voting.
Devin Booker and Chris Paul are fifth and sixth, respectively, in the first results of fan voting for the Western Conference starters for the NBA All-Star game, Feb. 20 in Cleveland.
Fans account for 50% of the vote for the starters, while all current players and a media panel will account for 25% each.
The next fan voting will be released Jan. 13. Starters will announced Jan. 27th. The head coaches vote for the reserves.

Warriors point guard Stephen Curry leads the fan voting for the West starters with 2,584,623 votes. The top MVP candidate, Curry is leading the team with the NBA's best record. Golden State is 2-1 against Phoenix this season.
After that, Luka Doncic (Mavericks), Ja Morant (Grizzlies) and Klay Thompson (Warriors) are second through fourth in the West backcourt voting followed by Booker, Paul, Donovan Mitchell (Jazz), Russell Westbrook (Lakers) and Anthony Edwards (Timberwolves).

Booker has been selected as an All-Star twice, but both times came as an injury replacement. Paul received his 11th All-Star selection last season as a reserve.
Deandre Ayton is 10th in the All-Star voting on the frontcourt.
The voting is for three frontcourt players and two backcourt players.
