No Honeymoon After Felicity and Oliver Exchange Wedding Vows on ‘Arrow’

Season 4 of Arrow has taken a toll on the on-again, off-again romance between Oliver Queen and Felicity Smoak. Things finally came to a head during the “Broken Heart” episode, and as the title would lead you to believe, it didn’t end well.

The episode centered on the return of the villain Cupid, who was ironically opposed to the concept of love. Cupid was killing celebrity couples, so Oliver and Felicity put off their breakup in order to set a love trap of their own.

While the trap worked, it also dredged up some true feelings between the couple. They even exchanged vows and confessed their love for each other. In a heartbreaking ending, though, Felicity returned the wedding ring and said, “I want you to keep it this time.” She then added, “I don’t want to let you go … but I’m already gone.”

Arrow airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on the CW.
