NJPW Adds Four More Matches to Windy City Riot

Four new blockbuster matches have been announced for the upcoming NJPW Windy City Riot show in Chicago on April 12th.
Per the New Japan Pro-Wrestling website, the following matches will now take place at Windy City Riot:
NJPW World TV Championship: Matt Riddle (c) vs. Zack Sabre Jr.
NJPW STRONG Women’s Championship: Stephanie Vaquer (c) vs. AZM
Kick-off Tag Team Match: Mina Shirakawa & Viva Van vs. Alex Windsor & Trish Adora
Kick-off STRONG Survivor Match: Matt Vandagriff vs. Zane Jay
The NJPW World TV Title match will be Matt Riddle‘s fourth defense of the belt. His upcoming match against Zack Sabre Jr. will also be held under a 15-minute time limit similar to his previous defenses.
On the other hand, Stephanie Vaquer will defend her newly-won NJPW STRONG Women’s Championship against the rising star AZM in her first defense. A week prior to the show, AZM will also compete in Ring of Honor and SPARK Joshi Puroresu of America.

The four matches listed above will be joined by the previously announced matches for the NJPW show. The previously confirmed matches are as follows:
Special Singles Match: Nic Nemeth vs. Tomohrio Ishii
Singles Match: Shota Umino vs. Jack Perry
Special Singles Match: Mustafa Ali vs. Hiromu Takahashi
Special Singles Match: Jon Moxley vs. Tetsuya Naito
As of the time of writing, the NJPW STRONG Openweight Tag Team Championships are pending potential challengers for an open challenge. The team members for the Riot Rules Tag Match led by Eddie Kingston and Gabe Kidd will also be revealed upon their entrance on the show itself.
