DJ Khaled and John Legend won’t make a dime off of their song with Nipsey Hussle, because all of the profits will go to the late rapper’s kids.

The producer announced 100% of the proceeds from “Higher” will go to Nipsey’s two children, Emani and Kross.

“A gift from my brother Nipsey that we want to share with the world,” DJ Khaled wrote. “We miss you and we will forever keep your legacy going. The Marathon Continues.”

John Legend mirrored the hitmaker’s message, posting the same announcement with the caption, “Proud to be a part of this inspiring record with @djkhaled and @nipseyhussle.” The Grammy-winner added, “We lost him too soon. The proceeds will go to his loved ones.”

This was the last music video Nipsey shot before he was tragically gunned down in front of his clothing store in March.

“Higher” will appear on DJ Khaled’s album, Father of Asahd, which will be released tomorrow.
