Nikki Sixx, international rock icon and founding member of Mötley Crüe, is also a New York Times best-selling author and founding member of the band SIXX:A.M. After writing his new memoir, The First 21: How I Became Nikki Sixx, Sixx says he and the members of SIXX:A.M. were inspired to write a soundtrack to the book which became their newest album, HITS.
