Nikki Glaser has more thoughts on The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady, and this time, she’s defending Kim Kardashian.

Kardashian appeared on the Netflix comedy special and was booed when she took the stage. In a new podcast interview, Glaser said she had initially thought the booing was fueled by Taylor Swift fans, who had just released a new diss track titled “ThanK you aIMee,” which is believed to be about her feud with Kardashian.

However, on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, Glaser said she “ran into someone” the following night of the show who was with a “wild guy who’s a comedian” with a reputation of “starting sh**.”

“I don’t remember who it was,” the comedian added. “Apparently, he started the boo as just, like, a joke. He just probably had too many drinks or something, and he’s not affiliated with Swifties… [He] just felt like saying a boo into the air.”

She continued, “It wasn’t Swiftie-meditated. I do have that on good information. It just kinda caught on too much.”

Glaser defended Kardashian and gave her props for her set even after she was booed.

“I give her so many props. People were just being mean to her because they don’t like her, because they’re jealous, or because they have some other kind of beef that has nothing to do with them, that they’re sticking up for someone else,” she said. “To me, she was really cool to be there. She sat there the whole f***ing show when other people made their little appearance and then got the hell out of there.”

She continued, “She sat the whole show and watched everyone for three hours, and was such a good sport, laughing the whole the time. Then she gets up there and gets booed, doesn’t let it rattle her at all, doesn’t even give it credence, nails her lines that I knew she would because she was great on SNL.”

Netflix aired The Roast of Tom Brady live and, a day later, cut out the moment when Kardashian was booed on stage.
