While Nikki Garcia enjoyed quality time with her family on Thanksgiving, the Twin Love cohost counted her blessings on social media.

Garcia, 40, expressed love and gratitude to husband Artem Chigvintsev, 41, and their son Matteo, 3, in an Instagram post that briefly showed father and son bonding.

"Always tough leaving Daddy but goodness we are so proud of him!" Garcia wrote alongside the clip. "Grateful for my family, grateful Artem gets to be on DWTS another week (hopefully 2! 😊) and live out his dreams and so grateful for my family’s health and love. Hope everyone is enjoying such a blessed day! 🦃🍁🍽🍷☺️ Love you @theartemc !!!"

Chigvintsev has been paired with The Bachelorette’s Charity Lawson on this season's Dancing with the Stars, although Chigvintsev sat out one week in October after testing positive for COVID-19.

Garcia, who turned 40 with twin Brie Garcia on Nov. 21, celebrated the milestone by attending DWTS' "A Celebration of Taylor Swift Night" and dining at Caviar Kaspia, one of her favorite restaurants in Los Angeles. “That's the perfect ending to my 40th birthday night, is caviar and a baked potato with champagne,” Nikki previously told PEOPLE.

The retired WWE star has also proudly posted time and again about her downtime spent with Matteo. In October, Garcia shared a post on Instagram in which she could be seen enjoying an autumn day outdoors with her young son.

Garcia began the post with two smiley selfies of the mother-son duo that featured Matteo’s big blue eyes on full display, while her own were hidden behind large sunglasses.

The Total Bellas alum finished off the carousel with a photo of Matteo clad in a seasonal outfit — an orange Henley, a flannel and a pumpkin sticker — and concentrating on a waffle in front of him.

“Harvest & Halloween fun with my baby boy 🥰🍂🎃🍂🍩,” Garcia captioned the sweet photos.

Last December, the Twin Love cohost told PEOPLE that Matteo’s “toddler stage” has been excitingbecause of his inquisitive, adventurous nature.

At the time, she said her little guy is "so curious about the real world."

"He wants to play beyond his toys,” Garcia added. “He wants to know, ‘Why do mom and dad open up these drawers in the kitchen? How do they cook their food?’ "
