Last year, fans of Nikki Bella watched as she suffered another heartache. The wrestler ended her engagement to WWE star John Cena. Nikki and John's relationship was showcased on her reality show Total Divas. Throughout the course of the series, she and John argued over the topic of marriage and children. Even though it appeared Cena had changed his mind and was ready to walk down the aisle with Nikki, she learned she wasn't ready for that commitment.
While the break up with Cena was devastating, Nikki has found love again. She's currently in a relationship with Artem Chigvintsev, who was her partner on Dancing With the Stars. Artem has won the approval of Nikki's fans, who feel he is a good fit for the wrestler.

Dancing With the Stars
Nikki was still engaged to John Cena when she signed on to compete during the 25th season of Dancing With the Stars. Nikki was paired with Artem, and their chemistry was amazing both on and off the dance floor. Fans took notice of the duo's chemistry and wondered if something more was going on. Nikki squashed the rumors and insisted that she and Artem were only good friends.
After her break up with Cena, Nikki and Artem began hanging out, and before too long their friendship took a romantic turn.
Total Bellas debut
Being Nikki's new boyfriend, Artem is going to be a major player on her show Total Bellas. He's already made a few guest appearances during the show's fourth season. We saw the couple met for lunch as Artem consoled Nikki following her break up.
As the season wound down, we soon learned that things had changed in Nikki and Artem's friendship. Nikki decided to take a chance on love and started dating Artem. In a clip from the finale, Nikki is seen enjoying a motorcycle ride with her new squeeze.
With the fifth season of Total Bellas to begin in 2020, Nikki and Artem's relationship will be a main focus of the show.

Nikki come from a close knit family, and her happiness is what's important to them. During her relationship with Cena, Nikki's sister Brie expressed concerns over Nikki's happiness. Brie knew how important being a wife and mother was to Nikki and she didn't want her sister to sacrifice that for a man.

Artem loves Nikki's family, especially her nieces. He and Nikki often join her siblings for vacations, and on Halloween he joined in on the fun by dressing up as a Disney character.

With Nikki and Artem officially a couple, they're attracting a lot of attention. Whether they're on the red carpet, out for a stroll, or having dinner; there's bound to be a camera around snapping photos of the two.
