Nike's "Plaid" Dunk Low Is Like an Ugly Christmas Sweater for Your Feet

If you're looking for ways to get festive this Christmas season, Nike has you covered with its newest Dunk Low.

The Swoosh is updating its popular line of Dunks with a "Plaid" iteration wrapped in cozy red and green hues. Arriving with a white leather base, the upper is contrasted with a Christmassy "Plaid" print on the overlays on the toe box and rear of the shoe. A toned-down version of the pattern is found on the lacing system, while the Swoosh adds a touch of contrast in black. The kicks are complete with a black heel tab with bold red Nike branding, with the tongue featuring the same look.

The "Plaid" sneaker follows up on Nike's new festive iterations of the Dunk Low, which includes a Grinch-themed "Overgrown" design in collaboration with Cactus Plant Flea Market. Other cozy kicks from the footwear giant include the "Green Velvet" Dunks as well as the Stussy x Nike Air Max Penny 2 in "Black/Green."

Take a closer look at the shoes above. Nike has yet to announce an official release date, but expect to see the Dunk Low "Plaid" on shelves by the end of the year with a $120 USD price tag.
