Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban walked the red carpet with their teenage daughters in tow, marking the girls’ first public appearance.

The family stepped out for a good reason—Kidman was receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award from AFI. While not as famous as the Oscars or Emmy Awards, this is a prestigious honor for folks in the film industry. Past honorees include Meryl Streep, Julie Andrews, Denzel Washington, and Tom Hanks. The award was handed out at a gala held at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on April 27 and Kidman had her family on hand to support her.

On the red carpet, Kidman and Urban posed with their two teenage daughters, Sunday Rose, 15, and Faith Margaret, 13, along with Kidman’s niece, Sybella Hawley. They were joined by more of Kidman's family including her sister, Antonia Kidman, her husband, Craig Marran, niece Lucia Hawley, and nephew, Alexander Kidman Marran, according to Today.

Inside the star-studded event, Meryl Streep presented the achievement award to Kidman who received a standing ovation when accepting the honor.

"It is a privilege to make films," Kidman said in her acceptance speech, according to AFI. "And glorious to have made films and television with these storytellers who allowed me to run wild and be free and play all of these unconventional women. Thank you for making me better at my craft and giving me a place, however temporary, in this world. Thank you for inviting me into your movie families. Thank you for my childhood dream that became a reality."

The Big Little Lies star used her time on stage to give thanks to her husband, Urban, and her daughters. Per Us Weekly, Kidman not only felt like she had been the recipient of an “enormous amount of luck” throughout life, but something even more important: love.

“There’s also the most important thing, love,” she told the audience. “Big, big love. And then right there is the love of my life, and the loves of my life. My daughters have never been anywhere publicly with me on a red carpet, tonight was their first night, so they’re here, Sunday and Faith.”

The Moulin Rouge star also shares children Bella, 31, and Conor, 29, with her ex-husband Tom Cruise.
