Back in 2015, Nicole Kidman visited The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and reminisced with the late-night talk show host about their first encounter, revealing that she actually had a crush on him at the time. Fallon's astonished reaction caused the video to became a viral hit. Fast-forward to this year, and the actress returned to The Tonight Show on Thursday, where they revisited Kidman's revelation, and things got a little awkward.
"The past is the past, let's leave it that way," Fallon told the actress. "You've moved on, I've moved on. I'm over it." But as the night went on, Jimmy couldn't help but get distracted by the woman he blew his chance with (as Gary Wright's "Dream Weaver" played in the background) and attempted to redeem himself from his previous mishap. Kidman recalled another time Fallon missed his shot with the actress, this time at director David Fincher's house, when Jimmy once again failed to approach the actress, leading her to believe he had no interest in her.
Kidman later revealed she had a surprise for Fallon and brought out her husband Keith Urban to "take care of her" during her interview on the show. The country hitmaker walked out strumming his acoustic guitar for a rendition of "Dream Weaver," seducing the host before joining his wife on the couch.
