The international stars went public with their relationship after fans speculated for months that they were a couple in November 2023. At the time, the Argentine pop star brought out the “Tulum” singer (whose real name Hassan Emilio Kabande Laija) at her concert in Mexico City for a special, joint performance of their hit collaboration, “Por Las Noches — Remix.”

While singing together on stage at the Pepsi Center, the two held hands and looked lovingly into each other’s eyes. Once the song was over, the crowd began chanting "Kiss! Kiss!" in Spanish and Peso Pluma thanked the headliner for inviting him to the show before leaning in for a smooch.

Several weeks later, the pair made their red carpet debut at the 2023 Latin Grammy Awards in Sevilla, Spain.

The Grammy winner invited Nicki Nicole on the remix of his fan-favorite song “Por Las Noches,” which was released in February 2023.

In the months after the single’s release, buzz that the recording artists were an item grew when they were spotted at Disneyland in July and at a September soccer game in September.
