The rapper and her husband bought a beautiful home in the Hidden Hills area, but the residents of the neighborhood are not happy. Kenneth Petty is a registered sex offender, and he recently updated his status on the California Megan’s Law Website.

A petition prank is now making the rounds regarding Petty and his past and the safety of people in the neighborhood. A Cardi B fan-made the petition and bragged about it on Twitter earlier today.
Trolls Outed Themselves
The Cardi stans are so serious that they wrote out an entire petition and posted it, slamming Petty and Nicki. But they couldn't keep quiet about their little joke and took to social media to tell on themselves whether they realized it to not.
"We, as nicki antis, can turn the residents of Hidden Hills AGAINST Nicki and her pedo husband moving in, hurting her assets in the process." They even created the name Beverly Bardan to go along with it.
The fan-created petition goes in on Petty and at some points Nicki. “Nicki Minaj and her husband, registered sex offender Kenneth Petty, have purchased a house in our neighborhood of Hidden Hills,” starts the petition with the rapper’s full address printed.
“Kenneth Petty is a level 3 sex offender, convicted for the attempted rape of a 16 year old girl, and has a high likelihood to reoffend.” The petition continues. “He was also found guilty for killing a man. He is currently under house arrest for failing to register as a sex offender in California as law demands it.”
They even claimed that the property values would suffer if the couple continued to live there.
HOA Is Unaware Of The Petition
TMZ contacted the Hidden Hills Community Association who confirmed that they were unaware of the petition and that a woman by the name of Beverly Bardan does not sound familiar to them.
There is no public listing of this person and the name has a ring to it Bardan... Bardi gang. There were even comments left with people, likely more Bardi gang members who were blasting the rapper and her husband.
She implores her neighbors to go down to the local police station and have this criminal removed from the neighborhood. Some people have commented agreeing that Petty is dangerous and slamming Nicki for marrying a “convicted rapist who went on to become a convicted murderer as an ADULT.”
The petition is racking up signatures The initial goal was 1,000 signatures and it has racked up over 900 signatures so far.
The Petition Is Picking Up Steam
The petition was initially started in December 2022 when Nicki quietly moved into the neighborhood. But it picked up steam this week likely because the convicted criminal finally registered as a sex offender, six months after moving into a new neighborhood.
It’s one of the first things he should have done as a convicted sex offender, but it took him six months allegedly.
